I will take the time to get to know your physical capabilities, strengths, pain points, and personal fitness goals. Together we'll make a plan to achieve the results you're looking for!
From squatting, weight lifting, to strength training, form is key. I will focus on proper form to prevent unnecessary injuries.

Balance is a key component of a full fitness regiment. Having good balance improves your body awareness, coordination, reaction time and more. The more aware of your body, the less likely you are to injure yourself during exercise.
I’m here to help you to build endurance throughout your workouts. We will work on improving your aerobic, anaerobic, speed, and strength endurance.
Our onsite nutritionist, Michael Padgett (PT, PN), is here to provide you with the guidance you need to understand and to maintain your nutritional goals. You will receive an individualized nutrition breakdown based on your body composition and metabolic health.

Boxing Training to improve heart health, strength, weight loss, balance, and coordination. Focus on mits, bags, abs, core, and intense boxing conditioning.
The Barn will have a complete range of boxing bags from speed bags, heavy bags, kick bags, water bags and reflex bags.
