The Barn's training platform is based on muscle measurements, body composition, and movement analysis. Any motor pattern dysfunctions or postural problems will be examined and corrected prior to starting your fitness program.
I offer 3 programs, based on your personal and fitness goals - HUMAN, ANIMAL, and GROUP CLASSES.
HUMAN - For those looking to kickstart or to maintain their daily fitness goals and daily lifestyle. HIIT training program.
ANIMAL - For athletes who want to step up their game and separate themselves from the rest. Get stronger, faster, and conquer your toughest challenge, You. HIIT + Athletic performance training.

GROUP CLASSES (90min) - Group lifestyle classes for those who desire an open platform training program tailored towards functional exercise, strength training, cardiovascular, core, and more. Reservation required.
